연구 내용
▷ 자궁내막증은
- 여성 난임의 주요 원인 질환이며 수술 후에도 장기간의 약물치료가 필요한 질환임.
- 월경혈이 복강 내로 역류하여 발생하는 질환으로 알려져 있으나, 초기 발병기전에 대한 연구는 매우 적음.
- 역류한 월경혈에 대한 대사체 분석 및 단일세포 염기서열분석을 통해 자궁내막증 발병 초기에 월경혈 속에서 일어나는 다양한 생화학적 작용들에 대한 정보를 얻을 수 있을 것임.
- 자궁내막증에서 microbiome 분포 차이가 나타나는 것으로 알려져 있으며, microbiome의 차이에 따른 대사체 및 단일세포 염기서열분석 결과 차이가 나타날 가능성을 배제하기 위해, 복강내 microbiome에 대한 기능적 NGS 분석 및 이를 in-vitro로 검증하는 과정이 필요함.
▷ 자궁내막증 세포에 미세플라스틱, 미세먼지를 처리하여 일어나는 반응들을 in-vitro로 확인하기도 하고, 쥐실험을 통해 확인하는 실험을 진행함.
▷ 자궁내막증 환자들과 관련된 임상데이터들을 정리하여 분석하는 관찰연구들을 진행하고 있음.
