연구 내용
- 알츠하이머병 및 관련 퇴행성 치매에서 아밀로이드·타우 병리(PET), 구조/기능 MRI, 그리고 혈액/체액 바이오마커(혈장 p-tau, Aβ42/40, NfL, GFAP 등)를 통합하여 질병의 병태생리(병리 축적–뇌네트워크 변화–인지저하)를 정량화하고, 개인별 임상 진행을 예측함
- 영상 중심의 정밀 진단을 기반으로, 혈액·체액 기반의 확장 가능(scalable)한 바이오마커 플랫폼을 구축하여 실제 임상 적용(선별, 추적, 치료 반응/예후 평가)에 기여하는 것을 목표로 함
- 다중모달 데이터를 이용한 예측 모델(통계·머신러닝)을 개발하고, 예측에 기여하는 주요 바이오마커와 임상적 의미를 해석 가능하게 제시함

  • - ADNI(Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative) 공개데이터 기반 다중모달(임상·인지·영상·혈액/체액) 예후 예측 모델 개발
  • - ADNI는 정상 노화–MCI–알츠하이머병 치매를 장기 추적하며 임상/인지검사, 뇌 MRI·PET(아밀로이드/타우), 유전정보(APOE 등), 그리고 일부 혈액/체액(혈장/CSF) 바이오마커를 표준화해 공개하는 국제 코호트 데이터임.
  •  본 멘토링에서는 ADNI 공개데이터 중 필요한 자료를 다운로드하여 전처리 후,
  •  (예) MCI→AD 전환 위험 예측, 또는
  •  (예) 인지저하 속도(CDR-SB/MMSE/ADAS-Cog) 예측
  •  모델을 통계/머신러닝 방법으로 구축하고, 예측 성능과 해석(중요 변수, 임상적 의미)을 정리할 예정임.
