연구 내용
비결핵항산균 폐질환은 지속하여 증가하고 있으며, 2021년 기준 결핵 환자의 발생률을 추월하였음. 비결핵항산균 폐질환은 3-4가지 복합 항생제로 12개월 이상의 치료를 권고하고 있으나, 약물 부작용 및 다양한 이유로 환자의 치료 중단률이 높음. 이에, 코호트 데이터를 기반으로 환자의 치료 성공률을 향상시키기 위한 방법을 탐색함.
