dc.description.abstractA successful PACS installation requires a profound understanding of clinical environment of the specific hospital. Dental hospital has its own unique clinical environment. The basic radiographic machines and the display format for the clinicians are quite different. The purpose of this paper is to provide an understanding of the unique characteristics of the dental hospital to prepare dental full PACS. The characteristics of dental hospital in image archiving, image display and clinical environment, and other considerations were described.-
