연구 내용
▷ YNI lab은 ELISA, microsphere mutiplex immunoassay, cell-based assay 등의 기법을 이용하여 중증근무력증, 자가면역결절병(autoimmune nodopathy) 등 자가항체매개 신경근육질환 환자들의 검체들에서 자가항체를 검출하는 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
▷ 연구의 주요 목표는 자가항체를 검출하여 신속한 진단을 하여 환자들에게 최적의 치료를 신속하게 적용하여 환자들의 신경이상을 빠르게 회복시키는 것입니다. 이를 위하여 환자들을 진료하며 검체를 얻어 처리하여 보관하며 검사를 시행하 있습니다. 이에 더하여 환자들의 임상정보와 검체들을 이용하여 해당 질환들의 biomarker를 찾는 것입니다. 환자들의 검체들에서 cytokine, chemokine, 자가항체들의 titer 등을 측정하여 임상정보들과 연관지어 분석하여 질병의 활성도를 반영하는 biomarker를 찾는 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.
▷ YNI lab은 진료를 보고 있는 환자들의 빠르고 정확한 진단과 신속한 환자 맞춤형 치료 적용을 위하여 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 임상에서부터 실험실로 이어지는 연구 과정을 경험하고 싶은 학생연구자분들의 참여를 기다립니다.

  • ▷ [관찰/임상연구] 신경근육질환 환자들의 정보를 이용한 후향적 관찰연구. 주된 연구 관심 질환으로는 중증근무력증, 만성염증탈수초신경병, 자가면역결절병 등이 있음.
  • ▷ [중개/실험연구] 실험실에 보관되어 있는 환자 혈액 샘플에서 ELISA나 Luminex multiplex immunoassay를 이용한 특정 자가항체 측정 assay를 set up하고 이 항체 정보와 임상양상을 비교하는 연구
