연구 내용
① 연세의료원에서 보행 장애로 진료를 받은 환자를 대상으로 축적된 웨어러블 센서 기반 보행 데이터와 전자의무기록 기반 임상 자료를 후향적으로 수집·정제
② 보행 기능 악화와 관련된 주요 임상 변수와 웨어러블 센서 기반 보행 지표를 통합한 멀티모달 데이터셋 구축
③ 기계학습/딥러닝 기반의 1차 예측 모델 개발
④ 웨어러블 센서 기반 보행 지표와 임상지표의 상관관계 분석
⑤ 보행 지표가 근내 지방 침윤 등 구조적 변성을 대변하는 '디지털 바이오마커'로서의 타당성 규명
⑥ 규명된 위험 요인 중 임상적 의의와 현장 적용성을 고려하여 교정 가능한 요소를 선별
⑦ 모델이 제시한 ‘고위험군’에서 데이터 기반 재활 중재 적용 후, 대조군 대비 임상적 유효성 평가
