State and strategies regarding school-based obesity management was presented by five school health components. Result: This study identified the problems of school-based obesity management such as insufficient evaluation of school health policy, absence of obesity management programs, unsystematic health education, unsanitary and unsafe environment, and lack of parents participation. To overcome these obstaclesand strategically expand school based obesity management, strategies were suggested. Conclusion and Implication: Not only each component of school health intervention, but also integrated intervention should be considered to implement school based obesity management.
