연구 분야
연구 내용
▷ 결핵 및 비결핵항산균 폐질환의 감수성, 악화기전 규명을 대사적 측면에서 규명하고자 함.
▷ 특히, 항생제 감수성임에도 치료제가 듣지 않는 부분을 대사적 tolerance로 이해하고 이를 breaking하는 연구를 수행함.
▷ 최종적으로 metabolic regulation과 nutritional immunity의 원리를 이용하여 감염질환을 제어하는 새로운 기법을 연구함.
