Human thelaziasis case is a accidental infection. The worms usually remain on the surface of the conjunctival sac and lacriaml apparatus, causing foreign body sensation, tearing and scanty conjunctival irritation sign and they are disappeared by removing of worms, but occasionally corneal and opacity may be develop and anterior chamber thelazia can be detect. We found chalky white, thread-like worms from conjunctival sac of 44 years old male and 56 years old female who lived in Sungnam. There were 3 male worms and 1 female worm in first case, and 5 female worms and 1 male worm in second case. We could find spicules and papillaes in the tail part of male worms. Vulvar openings were located anterior to esophago-intestinal junction and some larvas were found in uterus in female worms. Numbers of cuticular striations were between 187 and 267. Then we confirmed them as worms of Thelazia callipaeda Railliet and Henry 1910
