교정치료환자에서의 클로헥시딘 바니쉬가 치태침착과 치은염증에 미치는 영향

Abstract

89 Patients who came to the orthodontic department in yonsei university were divided into three groups (A: chlorzoin applied after inserting the fixed appliance, B: chlorzoin applied before inserting the fixed appliance, C: no chlorzoin applied), and the clinical effects of chlorzoin on reducing plaque and gingival inflammation in patients receiving orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances were observed. The conclusions are as follows: 1. In patients wearing fixed appliances the use of chlorzoin can clinically reduce plaque accumulation and gingival inflammation as well. 2. Plaque accumulation and gingival inflammation reducing effects of chlorzoin, which was applied every 6 months, were maintained throughout the treatment period. 3. In patients wearing fixed appliances, there was no significant difference in the plaque and gingival inflammation reducing 4. In the comparison between each teeth, chlorzoin was most effective in the upper and lower first molars.
