상악 임플란트 식립 시 유경 판막 이식을 이용한 치험례

Abstract

The aim of this case report was to evaluate the use of a pedicle soft tissue (vascularized interpositional periosteal-connective tissue (VIP-CT)) graft. VIP-CT graft technique has several advantages: 1) adequate blood supply from greater palatine artery and enhanced the bone maturation, 2) surgery was completed with tension-free primary closure, 3) reduced morbidity, surgery and treatment time, and less discomfort for the patient. We showed two cases of immediate implant placement in anterior and posterior region and good results.
