한국어판 강점·난점 설문지(SDQ-Kr)와 아동행동조사표(K-CBCL)의 비교

Abstract

[한글]강점?난점 설문지(the strengths and difficulties questionnaire : SDQ)는 4세-16세의 소아 청소년의 부모를 대상으로 자녀의 정신병리를 선별하기위한 25문항의 간단한 설문지이다. 이 연구는 소아정신과 임상아동집단(n=160), 소아과 임상아동집단(n=105), 그리고 정상 아동집단(n=81) 등 4세에서 11세 연령의 아동 346명에 대하여 부모보고식으로 한국어판 강점?난점설문지(the Korean version of SDQ : SDQ-Kr)와 한국어판 아동행동조사표(the Korean version of child and adolescent behavior checklist : K-CBCL)를 동시에 시행하여 비교함으로써, SDQ-Kr이 아동 정신병리 평가에 표준적 측정도구(gold standard)가 되어온 118문항의 K-CBCL을 대신할 수 있는지 조사하기 위해서 시행되었다. 정신과 임상아동집단에 속한 아동들은 DSM-Ⅳ를 적용하여 진단하였으며 소아과적 공존질환이 있는 경우는 연구대상에서 배제하였다. 두 설문지의 비교를 용이하게 하기 위하여 SDQ-Kr의 5개 소척도는 K-CBCL의 3개 소척도에 대응되도록 조정하였다. 조사 결과, SDQ-Kr과 K-CBCL은 강한 상관관계를 보였으나, SDQ-Kr의 각 소척도 간 상관성이 낮게 나타나 K-CBCL보다 검사도구로서의 타당도가 높음을 시사하였다. 또한, 소아정신과 및 소아과 임상아동집단과 정상 아동집단 등 세 집단을 변별하는데 있어서 SDQ-Kr은 K-CBCL에 비해 소아정신과 아동과 소아과 아동을 구별하는 판별력이 더 높은 결과를 보였다. 부가적으로, SDQ-Kr은 소아정신과 임상아동집단 내에서 정서장애와 고기능 자폐증을 진단해내는 비율이 K-CBCL 보다 유의하게 높았다.

[영문]The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) is a brief behavioral screening questionnaire for the parents or teachers of 4-16 year olds.I used the Korean version of SDQ (SDQ-Kr) for parental ratings of 346 children aged 4 through 11 from a psychiatric clinic (n=162), pediatric clinics or the community (n=101) and nonclinic(n=83). These parents also completed the Korean version of Child and Adolescent Behavior Checklist (K-CBCL). The children from the psychiatric sample received a DSM-IV diagnosis.Scores from SDQ-Kr and K-CBCL were highly correlated, but SDQ-Kr showed lower inter-scale correlation. Both questionnaires equally able to distinguish among the three samples with SDQ-Kr showing better results between psychiatric and pediatric group. Within the psychiatric sample, SDQ-Kr was significantly better than K-CBCL in detecting emotional disorder and high functioning autism.
