연구소개

연구 내용
- 부정맥 질환 (cardiac arrhythmia)은 순간적으로 나타났다가 사라지기 때문에 진단이 어려운 반면, 급사나 뇌졸중 같은 심각한 합병증을 동반하기 때문에 예측이 매우 중요함.
- 본 연구실에서는 심장 부정맥의 전기생리학적 기전을 주로 연구하고 있으며, 유전자 (GWAS), 심전도, 영상학적 자료, 임상적 특성을 활용하여 부정맥 위험의 계층화를 위해 다양한 예측 모델을 개발하고 있음.
- 또한 부정맥 시뮬레이션을 활용하여 심장 부정맥, 특히 심방세동의 가상 시술 및 약제 반응성을 평가하고 있으며, 이를 임상에 적용하기 위한 연구를 수행하고 있음.

  • 1. 부정맥 환자의 유전학적 예측 인자 규명
  • 심방세동 환자 혈액에서 추출한 유전정보, 단백질 biomarker와 심전도, 임상 및 영상학적 정보를 활용한 예측 모델 개발
  • 2. 부정맥 가상 시술 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션
  • 환자의 개인적 특성을 고려한 부정맥 시뮬레이션을 컴퓨터로 시행 후 1) 가상시술, 2) 약제 반응성을 평가한 다음, 그 결과를 환자 치료에 적용하는 연구
  • 3. 부정맥 환자의 심전도, 임상/영상/유전 정보를 종합한 인공지능 예측모델 연구
  • 부정맥 환자의 이기종데이터(심전도, 임상정보, 영상정보, 유전자 정보)와 딥러닝 기술을 활용한 임상적 예후예측 및 위험 계층화를 위한 AI모델 연구
