T coronary angiography (CCTA) has become a widely accepted test for non-invasive evaluation of the heart and coronary arteries. Despite numerous technical advances, scan acquisition in the setting of high heart rate, arrhythmia, severe obesity, devices, or inability to cooperate, may be associated with artifacts and/or poor image quality. In this chapter, we discuss several difficult scan conditions and possible solutions to improve image quality. © The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.-
