Abstract: Background: Although telehealth facilitates nurse-led, home-based care for older adults with age-related neurological disorders, evidence on such interventions remains limited.

Purpose: This study examined trends in telehealth interventions for home-based older adults with age-related neurological disorders, focusing on nurses' roles in their delivery.

Methods: A scoping review searched CINAHL, EMBASE, PubMed, and Scopus (through October 2024) for studies involving adults aged ≥65 with dementia, stroke, or Parkinson's disease and nurse-led telehealth interventions.

Discussion: Findings highlight the potential psychosocial, physical, and socioeconomic benefits of telehealth for older adults with neurological disorders and nurses' key roles, supporting broader integration of nursing leadership into education, practice, and policy.

Conclusion: While promising, evidence on telehealth nursing remains limited. Further research is needed to clarify its effectiveness and optimize its use for older adults.
