dc.description.abstractWe noted the limitations of applying conventional macroscopic patterns to classify theimagingfeatures of cholangiocarcinoma (CCA). Therefore, we hereby propose adichotomousimagingclassificationof "parenchymal" and "ductal" types,basedon recent developments in the histopathologicconceptsof CCA. Thisnewimagingclassificationof CCA is simple and easy to apply, and can be useful to describe underlying carcinogenesis and correlate clinicopathologic characteristics withimagingpatterns of CCA.-
