The aim of this study was to evaluate coating method by flow rate of injection nozzle using electro spray deposition (ESD) after titania nanotube formation by anodic oxidation. The titania nanotube specimens were anodized by 0.5 w/v% hydrofluoric acid (HF) at 20 V for 60 minutes and sprayed a tetracycline (TC) dissolved in dichloromethane (DCM) from each of flow rate of 5, 20, 50, and 100 μl/min. then, surface characteristics were analyzed by FE-SEM, EDS, EPMA, TEM and DLS. The TC dissolved in DCM has particle size of about 20 nm. An adhesion of TC on titania nanotube observed at the ESD flow rate of 5, 20, and 50 μl/min. At the 50 μl/min, however, traces of DCM were remained on titania nanotube and observed particles of layered type contained with TC at the flow rate of 100 μl/min. From the this study, we could form TC-coated titania
