- Abstract
- 구내 하악지 수직 골절단술을 시행한 직후 하악 과두를 포함한 근심 골편이 과도하게 전하방으로 변위되는 경우가 드물게 발생한다. 본 증례에서는 비대칭 및 치열 총생을 주소로 내원한 성인 여성 환자의 구내 하악지 수직 골절단술
직후 발생한 하악 과두의 비정상적인 전방 변위와 이에 대한 처치 및 시간에 따른 하악 과두의 변화에 대해 보고하고자 한다.
