기존 법률 및 입법안 분석을 통한 보건의료정보화 입법방향 제시

Abstract

Currently information technology is advancing rapidly in the field of public health. For a stable advancement towards the implementation of information technology in the field of public health, systems for implementation and information protection must be established. The following is a proposed direction for legislation regarding the promotion of information technology in public health.First, for the initiation of the advancement of information technology in public health, bylaws within public health law must be enacted in order to make the efforts practical.Second, for the protection of individual information, there must be content that is suitable to the specific circumstances of Korea's medical field.Third, a new bill that includes the contents of the Korean Institute for Health Care and Welfare information legislation, which was promoted in 2001 by a member of the National Assembly, and medical laws dealing with information technology and the protection of information in public health need to be proposed urgently.
