일부 종합병원 간호원의 간호활동시 무균법의 지식 태도 및 실천에 관한 연구

간호원들의 올바른 무균법의 실천은 원내 감염을 예방하는 가장 중요한 요인 된다.

그러므로 이 연구는 일부 종합병원 간호원의 무균법에 대한 지식, 태도 및 실천을 알아보기 위하여 서울 시내 33개 종합병원중 8개 병원의 간호원 274명을 대상으로 조사분석 하였다.

이 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다.

1. 무균법에 대한 지식에는 근무경력이 오래될수록 점수가 낮았다.

2. 무균법에 대한 태도는 근무경력별로 차이가 없었으며 전반적으로 올바른 태도를 보이고 있었다.

3. 무균법에 대한 실천은 근무경력이 짧을수록 실천율이_ 낮았다. 전체적으로 73.1%만이 올바른 실천을 보여주었다.

4. 무균법에 대한 지식, 태도 및 실천의 상호 관련성은 지식과 태도, 지식과 실천은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나 태도와 실천은 유의한 차이를 나타내었다.

My purpose is to find out any differences between the knowledge of the attitude toward, and the practice of asepsis by nurses in clinical nursing.

The data was obtained from a questionaire given to 3 groups-those with 1 year of experience; those with 2-3 years of experience; and those with 3 or more years of experience.

The information was analyzed as follows;

1. There were no apparent differences in knowledge for asepsis such as 71.8% in the 1 year group, 71.7% in 2-3 years group and 70.0% in the 3 year or more working group, respectively.

2. There were no differences in attitude for asepsis also; such as 90.2%, 92.1% and 90.3% respectively in the 1 year group, 2-3 years group and the 3 years or more working group.

3. Behavioral practice for asepsis was shown to be similar in three groups such as 72.0%, 73.5% respectively.

4. No significant difference between knowledge and attitude was find as well as between knowledge and practice for asepsis in clinical nursing.

5. However, a significant difference was found between the sttitude and the practice of asepsis.
