가족의 구성형태에 따른 가족계획의 지식, 태도, 실천 및 출산력의 차이에 대한 분석

가족의 구성은 가족계획의 지식, 태도 및 실천과 출생률에 영향을 주고 있다.

그러므로이 연구는 가족 구성형태에 따른 가족계획의 지식, 태도 및 실천과 출산력에 대한 차이를 분석하기 위한 것으로 도시 지역인 서울특별시 상계동과 농촌 지역인 경기도 동두천읍의 유배우 가임 부인을 대상으로 조사분석 하였다.

이 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다.

1. 핵 가족과 확대 가족간의 인구분석학적 특성은 부인의 연녕과 부인의 직업에서만 차이를 볼 수 있었다.

2. 가족계획에 대한 지식에는 상계동과 동두천읍 모두 핵 가족과 확대 가족간의 차이가 없었다.

3. 가족계획에 대한 태도의 변수중 원치 않는 임신의 처리에 대한 태도에 있어서는 도시 지역인 상계동의 경우만 핵 가족과 확대 가족간의 차이가 있었고 가족계획의 실시에 대한 태도는 두 연구 지역 모두 가족 구성형태별로 차이가 없었다.

4. 가족계획에 대한 실천률은 동두천읍의 경우 핵 가족이 확대 가족보다 실천률이 높았다.

5. 출산력은 상계동과 동두천읍 모두 핵 가족과 확대 가족간의 차이가 없었다.

Knowledge, attitude, and practice, of Family planning is affected by composition of family; therefore the objective of the study is to see if there is any difference in knowledge,attitude, and practice of family planning and fertility rate according to the type of family.

Data was gathered through an interview survey of eligible pregnant woman at Sang Gye Dong in Seoul and dong Du Chun Eub in Kyung Ki Do.

The results were as follows:

1. There is a difference in age and occupation of housewives according to the family type.

2. Thereis no difference in knowledge of family planning according to the family type.

3. In regard to the variable of attitude toward family planning, there is a difference in dealing with unwanted pregnancy according to family type, only at Sang Gye Dong.

Attitude toward acceptance of family planning shows no difference according to the type of family in either area.

4. Rate of acceptance of family planning in nuclear family is higher than that in expanded family at Dong Du Chun.

5. There is no difference, according to the type of family, in either area.
