醫療는 人間을 中心으로 이루어져야 하고, 病院은 良質의 診療뿐만 아니라 편안한 入院

生活을 保障하여야 하며, 治療뿐만 아니라 健康의 增進으로 發展되어야 한다. 또한 社會

經濟成長과 더불어 障碍者의 發生 및 疾病構造의 變化로 인해 再活施設의 必要性을 날로

增大시키고있다.

最近 障碍者의 새로운 認識으로 이해 많은 發展을 가져 왔으나, 미흡한 實情이며 障碍

者 利用에 편리한 專門病院施設이 많이 要求되고 있다.

이와같이 醫學技術의 發展 및 病院의 用途, 機能, 規模 및 疾病構造 變化에 대한 建築

的 對應과 해결이 建築家의 課題가 되고 있다. 따라서 本 論文의 內容은 다음과 같다.

1. 우리나라 肢體不自由者 現況 및 展望

2. 病棟部 建築計劃時 影響要素

3. 病棟部 建築設計時의 算定基準

4. Model plan

It is difficult to think of a more vital and far-reaching factor in one's life

than the health-serving institution. Directly and indirectly every person from

birth to death, at any time or another, pins hope on the positive outcome of the

health services institutions provide.

And the more caused on the disabled and the more transformated for the disease

structure, the more nesessity of the rehabilitation center with the social and

economic growth increased.

Nowdatys, but for being developed rehanilitation center is not adapted in the

transformation of new trends is being geared for maximum flexibility of the

disables, and for future staged expansion due to the rapid pace of development

changes in the special community requorements.

So architect has a high commission execute his duty of solving architectural

problem for these changes in the disease, size quality, function, management system

of hospital, with the improvement of medicine technology. Contents of this thesis

to provide the architectural altanatives are as follow ;

1. The present situation and prospect of the disabled.

2. The factor to promote changes in the ward design.

3. The criteria to promote changes in the ward design.

4. Planning of the model ward plan.
