Abstract
[한글]

[영문]We have developed the separation method of single-walled carbon nanotubes using magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) functionalized with polycationic tri-aminated polysorbate 80 (TP80). Separated SWNTs were characterized by Raman, and UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy. Also the magnetic property of MNPs attached to the carbon nanotubes was investigated by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Using separated SWNTs, we fabricated CNT network devices and found that most devices exhibited a p-type semiconducting behavior. We also demonstrated that DNA hybridization can be detected by measuring conductance change based on separated semiconducting SWNTs field effect transistor.
