구순문에 의한 개인 식별에 관한 연구

개인식별의 감정은 법의 법치학 및 과학수사 분야의 중요한 관심사로서 그중의 하나인

피부문리에 대하여는 지문을 중심으로 주로 연구 응용되어왔다. 최근에는 다시 법치학적

으로 구순문의 개발과 응용이 활발히 시도되어 왔으나 이에대한 국내의 연구는 미미한 실

정이다. 이에 저자는 구순문의 개인식별에 응용가능성 여부를 확인하기 위하여 3세에서 7

1세에 이르는 380명의 무작위 추출한 대상의 구순문을 채득하고 이를 분류, 비교한 결과

다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.

1) Tsuchihashi의 개량법에 의한 분류에 의하여 출현빈도가 Ⅰ형이 가장높고 Ⅱ형 Ⅲ형

Ⅰ'형 Ⅳ형 Ⅴ형의 순서임이 확인되었다.

2) 구순문의 부동성(不同性)이 관찰되었다.

3) 가족 구성원간에도 구순문의 형태가 일치되는 예가 없었다.

4) 구순문의 형태는 경시적으로 보아도 변화되지 않음이 인정되었다.

A Study on personal identification by means of Lip prints.

The Author had tried to classily lip print patterne of 380 persons aged from 3 to

71 for detecting possibility of individual identification.

The results were as follows.

1) The incidency of lip print patterns by means of the Tsuchihashi modification

method was high in typeⅠ, typeⅡ, typeⅢ, typeⅠ', typeⅣ, typeⅤ, respectively.

2) Any of lip print had no same shape.

3) No same shape of lip print was found even family members.

4) the shapes of lip prints were unchangeable in talc period of 5 months.
