한국 내륙지방 충주, 중원지역 학동의 치아우식 발생빈도에 관한 통계학적 연구

저자는 내륙지방 아동의 성별, 연령별에 따른 치아우식증 이환상태를 조사 연구하기 위하여 내륙지방인 충청북도 충주·중원지역의 6세에서 13세사이의 국민학교 아동 1840명(남 947명, 여 893명)을 대상으로 치아우식 발생빈도를 조사한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.

1. 치아우식이환율은 남자 76.35%, 여자 76.15%, 총 76.25%이었다.

2. 유치우식경험율은 남자 77.72%, 여자 80.07%, 총 78.86%이었고, 영구치우식경험율은 남자 30.73%, 여자 38.52%, 총 34.51%로 남자보다 여자에서 높은 율을 나타낸다.

3. 우식경험유치율 및 지수는 27.94%, 255개 이었고 우식경험유치면율 및 지수는 13.62%, 6.22면을 나타냈고 연령에 따라 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다.

4. 우식경험영구치율 및 지수는 4.86%, 0.72개 이었고, 우식경험영구치면율과 지수는 1.20%, 0.89면을 나타냈고 연령에 따라 증가하였다.

5. 처치율은 유치에서 3.90%, 영구치에서 2.00%를 나타냈다.

1,840 school children aged 6 to 13 years who live in inland area in CHOONG CHUNG BUK DO were surveyed epidemiologically on the dental caries prevalence.

The results were as follows;

1. The prevalence of dental carries was 76.35 precentage in male, 76.15 percentage in females, and 76.25 percentage in both sexes.

2. d.m.f rate was 77.72 percentage in male, 80.07 percentage in female, and 78.86 percentage in both sexes.

D.M.F rate was 30.73 percentage in male, 38.52 percentage in female, and 34.51 percentage in both sexes.

3. d.m.f.t. rate and index was 27.94 percentage, 2.55T, and d.m.f.s. rate & index was 13.62 percentage, 6.22.T.

4. D.M.F.T rate & index in permanent teeth was 4.86 percentage, 0.72T, and D.M.F.S rate & index was 1.20 percentage, 0.89T.

5. The filling rate was 3.90 percentage in decidious teeth, 2.00 percentage in permanent teeth.
