인공탈회된 법랑질 표면에 대한 우유와 0.05% 불화나트륨용액의 재광화효과

본 연구에서는 건전한 소구치의 법랑질 표본을 제작하여 0.1%(w/v) 구연산 용액으로 10분간 침식시킨 경우와 침식시키지 알은 건전한 표본으로 나누어, 자극성타액에 30분, 0.05% 불화나트륨용액에 2분과 30분, 액상우유로 30분간 각각 처치하여 법랑질 표면의 재황화양상을 경도측정과 주사전자현미경 관찰로 비교하였다. 다시 이 법랑질표본들을 자극성타액에 3시간과 6시간 동안 침적하는 생리적인 재광화과정을 거친 후 재광화정도를 비교분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.

1. 침식된 법랑질 표면을 네 가지 방법으로 재광화 처치하여 경도의 증가를 비교한 결과, 우유처치군의 경도중가가 가장 컸으며 타액처치군이나 불소처치군보다 약 7배 정도까지 큰 증가를 보였다(p〈0.01).

2. 침식된 법랑질 표면을 네 가지 방법으로 재광화처치한 후, 자극성타액에 3시간과 6시간 동안 침적시킨 결과, 모든 처치군에서 경도가 증가하였으며 (p<0.01), 네 군 사이에 경도증가량에 있어서는 차이가 없었으나 우유에 의한 재광화효과가 컸던 우유처치군이 지속적으로 가장 높은 표면경도를 유지하였다(p<0.01).

3. 침식된 법랑질 표면을 시판되는 액상우유로 30분간 처치한 후의 경도중가량은 3시간 동안 자극성타액으로 처치한 경우보다 컸으며(p<0.01), 자극성타액으로 6시간 처치한 후의 경도증가량과 유사한 수준이었다.

4. 건전한 법랑질 표면의 경우 네 가지 방법으로 재광화처치를 하거나, 자극성타액으로 3시간과 6시간을 처치하여도 유의한 경도변화는 없었다.

이상의 연구 결과로 침식된 법랑질 표면을 30분간 우유로 처치한 후의 재광화효과는 실험에 사용된 다른 처치방법보다 더 높은 정도증가를 나타내어, 우유가장시간 치아와 접촉될 수 있는 방법을 고안한다면 타액의 기능에 부가적으로 큭 재광화효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 생각되었다.

Enamel slabs were prepared from 97und human premolars which had been extracted for orthodontic treatment and etched with 0.1%(w/v) citric acid. We divided them four groups to test the effects of the four remineralizing methods. One group were treated with stimulated saliva for 30 minutes, another with 0.05% sodium fluoride solution for 2 minutes, the third with the same solution for 30 minutes and the fourth with ordinary liquid cow's milk for 30 minutes, and the microhardness of them were measured with Victors microhardness numbers. Then the whole samples were

emulsed in stimulated saliva and the microhardness of them were measured after 3 and 6 hours. The remineralizing effects of the treatments were analysed and the result are as follows.

1. The microhardness increase of eroded enamel surface after the four kinds of remineralizing treatment were compared, and the effect of milk treatment was significantly higher than the effects of other treatments(p <0.01).

2. After the remineralizing treatments, whole samples were emulsed in stimulated saliva and microhardness of them were measured. The increase of microhardness in the four groups were all significant after 3 and 6 hours(p < 0.01). The microhardness increase of the groups in this step were statistically not different, but the microhardness number of the milk treatment group was the highest among the four groups like before(p <0.01) because the remineralizing effect of the milk treatment was maintained.

3. The microhardness increase of the sound enamel slabs were not significant after any treatment, the four kinds of mineralizing treatment or 3 and 6 hours of stimulated saliva treatment.

It is concluded that the 30 minutes of milk treatment has significantly higher remineralization effect on eroded enamel surface than the other treatments used in this study, saliva or 0.05% sodium fluoride solution. Therefore, if the methods that milk can be contact with enamel surface as long as possible would be developed, remineralization effect of the milk can efficiently support the salivary function.
