여성암 종합검진 이용자의 만족도와 재이용 의사에 관한 연구

본 연구는 일개 대학부속 종합병원의 여성암 종합검진 이용자의 만족도와 재이용의사와의 관계를 분석하고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다.연구대상자는 서울시 소재 일개 대학부속 종합병원에서 2004년 7월부터 2005년 3월 기간 중 여성암 종합검진을 받은 이용자 65명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료수집 기간은 2005년 4월6일부터 5월20일까지 실시하였다. 자료수집 방법은 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 일대일 면접 및 우편방문으로 자기기입 방식으로 작성토록 하였다. 설문지는 총 120부를 배부하고 이중 65부를 회수하여 전체 54%의 회수율을 보였다. 수집된 자료는 전산 부호화하여 SAS 8.1을 이용하여 분석하였으며 무응답은 제외시켰다.연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.첫째, 전반적 만족도는 가능점수범위 1~5점 중 3.96점 이었다. 차원별 만족도는 이용절차의 편리성에 대한 만족도가 4.30점으로 가장 높았으나 검진시설과 환경이 3.26점으로 가장 낮았다.둘째, 의료이용특성과 만족도는 유의한 상관관계로 나타났으나 일반적 특성에 따라서는 특별한 관련요인은 없었다.셋째, 만족도와 재이용의사의 상관관계는 P<.0001 수준에서 검진의 유용성(r=0.69), 설명과 서비스(r=0.69)로 높았고, 친절과 성의(r=0.64),절차의 편리성(r=0.56), 검진시설과 환경(r=0.51)로 통계적으로 유의하였다.넷째, 만족관련 재이용 의사 영향요인을 분석한 결과 검진의 유용성 만이 유의한 영향 요인으로 나타났다. 검진의 유용성이 회귀계수 0.377, p값 0.022로 유용성이 증가할수록 재이용의사가 높았으며 통계적으로 유의하였다.이상의 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때 재이용의사에 영향을 미치는 요인은 검진의 유용성인 것으로 설명된다. 따라서 여성암 종합검진의 수진율을 높이기 위해서는 검진의 유용성을 향상시켜야 한다고 결론지을 수 있다.

[영문]This is a descriptive study to analyze the correlation between user satisfaction of general check-up for female cancer and intention of reusing the service in a university general hospital, and examine the influential factors.The subjects of this study were 65 people who had received general check-up for female cancer in a university general hospital in Seoul from July 2004 to March 2005. The period of data collection was between the 6th of April and 20th of May 2005. As for the method of data collection, the systemic questionnaires were distributed and filled out by the subjects directly either in an individual interview or through the post. Total 120 questionnaires were distributed and 65 of them were retrieved, with 54% of a retrieval rate. The received materials were made into computer codes and analyzed by SAS 8.1. The invalid questionnaires were excluded.The result of the study were as follows.First, the general user satisfaction of general check-up for female cancer was 3.96 out of the valid range of 1-5. Regarding the user satisfaction according to dimension, the satisfaction of procedure usage convenience was the highest as 4.30, whereas check-up facility and environment were the lowest as 3.26.Second, the satisfaction and characteristics of using medical service had a statistically significant correlation, however, there was no special correlation regarding the general characteristics.Third, the correlation between the satisfaction and intention of reusing the service was shown with P<.0001, and usefulness of check-up(r=0.69), explanation and service(r=0.69) were high. Kindness and sincerity(r=0.64), procedure usage convenience(r=0.56), check-up facility and environment(r=0.51) were shown with statistically significant correlation.Fourth, as a result of analyzing the influential factors of the intention of reusing the service in relation with user satisfaction, it was found that the usefulness of check-up is the only influential factor. With regression coefficient, 0.377 and P=0.022, the higher the usefulness of check-up is, the higher the intention of reusing the service is. The result is statistically significant.To summarize the above research results, the most influential factor on the intention of reusing the service is the usefulness of check-up. Thus, a conclusion can be drawn that usefulness of check-up needs to be enhanced to increase the number of users of general check-up for female cancer.
