파노라마방사선사진상과 구외방사선사진상에서의 해부학적 구조에 관한 비교 연구

Abstract

저자는 복잡한 해부학적 구조를 가진 두부의 방사선사진을 성공적으로 판독하기 위하여 건조두개골의 해부학적 구조에 방사선 불투과성물질을 부착하고 파노라마사진. 후전방두부사진, 측방두부사진 및 Waters법두부사진을 촬영한 후 각각의 해부학적 구조를 비교 분석하여 아래와 같은 결론을 얻었다.

1. 하악의 전체의 구조들은 다른 사진상에서 보다 파노라마사진상에서 상의왜곡, 상의 중첩, 상의 흐려짐이 비교적 적은 우수한 질의 상을 나타냈다.

2. 두개골의 시상면부에 위치한 구조들은 파노라마사진상에서 다른 사진상에서 보다 흐려진 상을 나타냈다.

3. 두개골 기저부에 위치한 구조들은 파노라마사진상에서 보다 흐려진 상과 이차상도 나타났다.

4. 파노라마사진상에서 안와하방 1/3부위가 상악동 상반부와 겹쳐서 나타났으며 비강의 내외측면이 안와와 상악동을 광범위하게 중첩시키며 이들의 상도 흐려진 상을 나타냈다.

5. 상악동의 하면과 후면은 다른 사진에서보다도 파노라마사진에서 잘 관찰되었다.

6. 상악골과 익상돌기외측판 이행부위, 상악골과 협골이행부위는 다른 사진에서 보다 파노라마사진에서 다른 구조와 경계부위가 뚜렷하게 나타났다.

[영문]

The author has studied each landmark for successful interpretation in the radiograph of the head that have the complex anatomic structures, using panoramic radiograph, postero-anterior cephalometric radiograph, lateral cephalometric radiograph, Waters' radiograph of the skull.

The anatomic structures of the human dry skull attached by radiopaque materials were taken radiographs and analysed comparatively.

The results were as follows:

1. The overall anatomic structures of the mandible showed sharp images in the panoramic radio-graph than other radiographs with relatively lessdistortion, superimposition, blurring of the image.

2. The anatomic structures were situated on sagital plane of the skull showed blurred images in panoramic radiograph than other radiographs.

3. The anatomic structures which were situated on the basal portion of the skull showed blurred and secondary images in the panoramic radiograph than other radiographs.

4. In the panoramic radiograph, the lower 3rd portion of the orbit appeared to be superimposed with the superior portion of tile maxillary sinus and the medial and lateral surface of the nasal cavity showed extensively superimposition of the orbit and the maxillary sinus, which images shown d blurring.

5.The inferior surface and posterior surface of maxillary sinus showed to be good image in the panoramic radiograph than other radiographs.

6. In the panoramic radiograph, line of maxillary bone between latelal pterygoid plate, line of maxillary bone between zygomatic bone showed distinct image with another structures.
