Abstract
[한글]

척수신경절의 일차감각신경원에서, 통각을 전달하는 신경전달물질로 substance P와 CGRP가 잘 알려져 있지만, 이 두 가지 신경전달물질을 함유한 신경원에 있어서 체구심성신경원 및 내장구심성신경원 비율에 대해서는 알려져 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 한쪽 T9-T11 척수신경의 앞가지와 뒤가지를 절단하여 체구심성신경원으로 들어오는 성분을 제거한 후 양쪽 T9-T11 척수신경절을 substance P 및 CGRP를 항원으로 하는 면역조직화학염색을 시행하여, 척수신경절의 일차감각신경원 중 내장구심성 substance P 면역반응세포와 내장구심성 CGRP 면역반응세포가 차지하는 비율과 크기의 분포를 밝혔다. 대조측 T9-T11 척수신경절에서 전체 신경원 중 12.02%가 substance P 면역반응세포였고, 11.67%가 CGRP 면역반응세포였다. Substance P 면역반응세포의 평균 단면적은 533.17 μm**2 였고 200-300 μm

**2 의 세포가 가장 많았으며, CGRP 먼역반응세포는 평균 단면적이 394.14 μm**2 였고 300-400 μm**2 의 세포가 가장 많았다.

내장구심성 substance P 면역반응세포는 전체 substance P 면역반응세포의 43.00% 이하를 차지했으며, 내장구심성 CGRP 면역반응세포는 전체 CGRP 면역반응세포의 15.59% 이하를 차지했다. 내장구심성 substance P 면역반응세포는 전체 substance P 면역반응세포에 비해 단면적 300-700 μm**2 범위의 세포가 차지하는 비율이 높았고, 내장구심성 CGRP 면역반응세포는 전체 CGRP 면역반응세포에 비해 단면적 500 μm**2 이상의 세포가 차지하는 비율이 높아, 두 가지 세포 모두 체구심성신경원에 비해 큰 신경원이 많은 것으로 나타났다.

Although substance P (SP) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) are well

known as neurotransmitters concerned in pain transmission there are no information

about the number or size distribution of visceral primary afferent neurons

containing SP and CGRP of the rats. T9-T11 ventral and dorsal rami were transected

at the right side arid 10 days later, T9-T11 dorsal root ganglia (DRG) of both side

were obtained, The DRG were cut in 10 μm thickness and each section was stained

immunohistochemically against SP or CGRP with peroxidase anti-peroxidase method.

The number and the size distribution of the cells with immunoreactivity were

obtained, and the data of the right side was compared with that of the

contralateral side. From entire DRG cells 12.02 % had SP immunoreactivity and

11.67% had CGRP-immunoreactivity, at the control (left) side. The percentage of

visceral afferent neurons in SP- or CGRP-immunoreactive cells was loss than 43.00%

and 15.59%, respectively. The peak incidence of total SP immunoreactive colls was

at the range of 200-300 μm**2 and that of visceral afferent SP immunoreactive

cells was 300-400 μm**2 . In the case of CGRP immunoreactive cells, peaks of the

two groups were at 300-400 μm**2 , but visceral afferent cells were slightly

larger than somatic afferent cells.
