본 실험은 온도변화에 따라 서로 다른 수지접합수복물의 변연누출정도를 비교하기 위하여, 135개의 발거된 구치에서 Rexillium Ⅲ로 금속시편을 제작하고 이를 Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ군으로 나누어, 탈회시킨 법랑질 표면에 접착시켜 수지절합수복물 시편을 제작하였다.

I군은 전기화학적 식각법으로 처리된 금속피착면을 Bis-GMA계인 Comspan** 으로 접착시켰고, Ⅱ군은 EZ-Oxisor** 를 이용한 전해 산화법으로 금속피착면을 처리한 후 인산 에스테르계인 Panavia Ex** 로 접착시켰으며 Ⅲ군은 50μ Al^^2 O^^3 blasting 후 4-META계인

Super C ortho** 로 접착한 후 수지접합수복물을 제작하여 thermocycling을 0회, 2000회, 4000회 시행한 후 0.5% methylene blue로 염색하여 금속-수지 및 법랑질-수지 경계면의 변연누출 정도를 광학현미경하에서 비교 관찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.

1. 모든 실험군에서 변연누출을 관찰할 수 있었다.

2. Thermocycling 하지 않은 군보다 thermocrcling 4000회한 군에서 변연누출 정도가 크게 증가하였으며 유의의 차가 있었다.

3. 실험 Ⅰ군에서는 법랑질 -수지 경계면에서의 변연누출정도는 금속-수지 경계면 보다 컸으며 유의의 차가 있었다.

4. Thermocycling을 4000회 시행하였을때 각 실험군간의 변연누출정도는 유의의 차가 없었다.





A STUDY OF MARGINAL LEAKAGE OF RESIN BONDED RESTORATIONS WITH THERMAL CHANGE

The purpose of this study was to investigate marginal leakage of resin bonded

restorations with thermal changes in vitro. Metal specimens were prepared by 3

methods, cemented to enamel using 3 kinds of resin cements such as Comspan** ,

Panavia Ex** , Super C Ortho** , and 0, 2000, 4000 numbers of thermal changes were

given with thermocycling apparatus.

After thermocycling, marginal leakage was measured and compared.

The fellowing results were obtained:

1. All experimental groups showed marginal leakage.

2. The marginal leakage of 4,000 times thermocycling group was greater than

thermoconstant group.

3. Group Ⅰ, the marginal leakage of the enamel-resin interface was greater than

the metal-resin interface.

4. In 4,000 times thermocycling, there were no significant difference in the

marginal leakage between the kinds of resin cements.
