정착한 보철물의 제작을 위하여 인상재의 인기능력과 모형재의 재현능력을 정확히 알고 그 인상재에 가장 적합한 모형재를 선택하는 것은 매우 중요하다.

저자는 인상재와 모형재중 Alginate계 2종류, Polysulphide계 2종류, Silicone계 1종류 Polyethr계 1종류의 인상재와 M.C. Crystal Rock, New Plastone, Vel Mix, Die Keen의 모형재를 이용하였다.

Steel M.O.D. master die의 인상을 각각의 인상재로 채득한 후 각 모형재를 이용한 모형을 각각 5개씩 만들고, 고무인상재를 이용한 은도금 모형을 5개씩 추가로 만들어 master die에 정확히 맞는 22K 표준주조체를 이것들에 시적하여 Universal Measuring microsco

pe로 측정하여 적합정밀도를 비교 관찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.

1. 폭경과 변연에서 인상재간의 적합정밀도는 유의의 차이가 있었다.

2. 알지네이트 종류와 사용하는 경석고 종류의 조합관계에 따라 상호간 적합정밀도와 차이는 유의의 차이가 있었다.

3. 폭경적합정밀도에서는 R-4인상재에 S-4경석고가, 변연적합정밀도에서는 R-4 인상재에 S-1경석고가 가장 우수하게 나타났다.

4. 고무인상에 의한 경석고 모형은 은도금모형 보다 적합정밀도가 우수했다.





COMPARATIVE STUDIES OF ACCURACY FOR IMPRESSION MATERIALS AND DIE MATERIALS

This is a study of correlation between sixelastic impression materials and four s

tone materials and silve pitting.

The purpose of this study was to compare the accuracy of impression materials,

die materials and mutual relation of impression and die materials.

The used impression materials were alginates, polysulphide rubbers, silicone

rubber and polyethe rubber. And stoic die materials were vel-Mix, Die Keen,

New-plastone, MG Crystal Rock.

The author made five test dies with cut stone materials using by M.O.D. master

die. In addition to these, three kinds of rubber were electroplated with silver.

Measurements were made on the internal diameter of test dies and at the

mesio-distal marginal opening of trial seating of 22 K.M.O.D. master casting body

on the test dies.

Measurements were made with Universal Measuring Microscope and the results of

this stude were obtained as follows.

1. In the accuracy of diameter and margin, there was a significant different

between the impression materials.

2. There was a significant difference in the mutual accuracy with the combination

of alginates and stone materials.

3. In the diameter, R-4 impression material with S-4 stone and in the margin, R-4

impression material with S-1 stone were more superior.

4. The stone dies were more accurate tan silver plating dies in the elastomeric

impressions.
