Abstract
[한글] 저자는 발거 후 생리적 식염수에 보관하였던, 치아우식증이 없는 건강한 법랑질을 가진 150개의 유전치와 견치를 대상으로 4개의 군으로 분류하여 제Ⅰ군은 법랑질 표면을 연마하지 않은 상태로, 제Ⅱ군은 연마한 상태로 각각 60초, 90초, 120초씩 산부식 후 복합레 진을 부착하고 제Ⅲ군은 연마한 상태로 60초, 120초씩 산부식 후 bonding agent를 도포하여 복합레진을 부착, 제Ⅳ군에서는 연마한 상태로 60초, 120초 산부식 후 coupling agent를 도포하여 복합레진을 부착시켜, Tensilon을 이용하여 전단 강도를 측정한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다 1. 유치의 표면에 60초, 90초, 120초 산부식한 경우 접합력의 차이가 없었다. 2. 연마를 시행한 군에서의 접합력이 시행하지 않은 군에서의 접합력보다 큰 값을 나타냈다. 3. 같은시간 산부식한 경우 bonding agent를 사용한 군에서의 접합력이 사용하지 않은 군에서의 접합력 보다 큰 값을 나타냈다. 4. 같은시간 산부식한 경우 coupling agent를 사용한군과 사용하지 않은 군에서의 접합력 간에는 유의차가 없었다(P>0.05). Pretreatment included: Grinding of outer enamel surface, varied exposure time to 37% Phosphoric acid, and the use of the bonding agent and coupling agent. The results were as follows: 1. The mean bond strengths obtained after 3 different etching times ware not significantly different(p>0.05). 2. Grinding of outer enamel surface enhanced the bond strength between the enamel surfaces and composite resins. 3. An use of bonding agent with composite resin, enhanced the bond strength between the enamel surfaces and composite resins. 4. An use of coupling agent with composite resin, did not influence on bond strength between the enamel and composite resin surfaces.
