Abstract

Incidence of pediatric dermatoses are tend to increased inspite of medical

Chun Hyang Hospital, from 1975 to 1980, were analysed in order to persude the

tendency of pediatric skin diseases on these days in Korea.

The results are summarised as follows;

folliculitis, urticaria, varicella, and insect bite.

preschool ages, especially the peak incidence was in 1-3 year group (32.8%).

dermatitis, contact dermatitis, impetigo contagiosum, scabies, insect bite,

urticaria, and miliaria. On the other hand, seborrheic dermatitis, acne, and

hemangioma were predominant in the female patient.

5. The peak incidence of month had developed on August, 13.7%. The lowest

incidence on November, 6.1%. Frequent diseases in summer season were impetigo
