흰쥐 난소 임파모세관의 미세구조에 대한 연구

흰쥐 난소에서 임파모세관의 미세구조를 관찰하여 모세혈관과의 차이를 밝히고 발정주기와 임신에 따른 생리적 변화가 미세구조에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다.

황체의 임파모세관은 대개 혈관 주위에서 발견되며 얇은 한 층의 내피세포로 싸여 있고 벽은 비교적 평활하나 가끔 세포질돌기가 주위 조직 쪽으로 뻗어 있다. 세포질은 골지장치 사립체 비과립성 및 과립성 내형질세망 많은 리보솜과 약간의 소포를 포함하고있다.

내피세포 경계는 개방성 세포경계와 단순히 내피세포의 형질막이 밀접히 접촉하는 경우가 흔히 관찰되었다. 기저막과 외막세포는 보이지 않았다.

난소 지질의 임파모세관은 황체의 것과 비교할 때 근본적인 구조는 비슷하나 세포질돌기가 보다 많이 내강 쪽으로 돌출해 있으며 많은 소포를 포함하고 있다. 인접한 내피세포경계는 크게 중첩되어 있거나 톱니가 물리는 모양의 세포 경계가 주로 발견되었다.

발정주기와 임신에 따라 임파관의 분포 양상에는 변화가 생기나 미세구조에는 뚜렷한 변화가 관찰되지 않았다.

휜쥐 난소의 임파모세관과 모세혈관의 미세구조를 비교하여 보면 몇가지 점에서 구별이 된다. 임파관은 내피세포의 벽이 얇고 내강이 불규칙하며 대체로 넓은 내강을 가지고있었다. 임파관 주위에는 기저막과 외막세포가 나타나지 않았으며 세포질돌기가 내강 및 내강 반대 쪽으로 뻗어 있었다.

The fine structure of lymphatic capillaries and the morphological features which differentiate lymphatic from blood capillaries of the rat ovary were investigated. The effects of the estrus cycle and pregnancy on the fine structures of the lymphatic capillaries were also observed by electron microscope.

The lymphatic capillaries of the corpus luteum were usually found to be arranged around the blood vessels and larger than the blood capillaries of the same section. The wall was composed of a single layer 7f endothelial cells which in some instances was extremely attenuated and relatively smooth. Often abluminal

endothelial projections were found. The cytoplasm of the endothelial cells contained Golgi apparatus, mitochondria, agranular and granular endoplasmic reticulum, many ribosomes and some small vesicles.

The endothelial junctions were frequently found to be simple edge to edge or open junctions with gaps of 0.05-lμ between the endothelial cells. Neither a basement membrane nor pericytes were found.

The structure of the lymphatic endothelium of the ovarian stroma is fundamentally similar to the lymphatic endothelium of corpus luteum. But in the stromal lymphatic capillaries many luminal endothelial projections and many small vesicles were seen.

The endothelial junctions varied from overlapping to interdigitating junctions.

The distribution of lobe lymph vessels in the ovary changes according to estrus cycle and pregnancy but the fine structure not distinctly affected.

On the basis of these studies, the fellowing morphological criteria have been established to differentiate lymphatic from blood capillaries on the basis of fine structure.

The morphological characteristics of lymphatic capillaries are : 1) relatively thin walls, 2) a relatively large, irregular lumen which dries not contain erythrocytes, 3) luminal and abluminal projections, and 4) the absence of a basement membrane and pericytes.
