연세대학교 치과대학 부속병원에 내원한 신환에 관한 분석 연구

Abstract

저자는 연세대학교 치과대학 부속병원의 실태조사의 일환으로 환자의 내원경향을 보고자 1973, 1977, 1981년에 내원한 신환 총 18,921명 중 1,622명을 표본추출하여 그 의무기록을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.

1 .환자의 연령별 분포는 남여 모두 20대가 가장 많았고 20대와 30대가 전체의 약 50%를 접하고 있었다.

2 .환자의 거주지별 분포로 보아 거주지역이 환자의 병원선택에서 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

3. 외과적 처치를 요하는 환자가 가장 많았고 보존 및 치주환자가 이에 미급한 것으로 보아 아직 조기치료 및 예방치료에 대한 국민의 구강보건교육의 필요성이 많다고 사료된다.

4 .환자의 내원 계절별로는 봄·가을에 비하여 여름과 겨울 특히, 7, 8월에 많았으며 이는 하계휴가와 관계가 있는 것으로 해석되었다.

5. 특진. 일반환자의 비율에 있어 특진환자의 감소경향은 의료보험의확대실시에 따른 영향과 병원고급화의 미홉에 기인한 것으로 사료되어 이에 대한 대책이 필요하다고 사료된다.

To analyze the outpatient of the Dental Infirmary Yonsei Medical Center, author ruled out the charts of 1,622 patients which were sampled from 18,921 patients among the selected years 1973, 1977 and 1981. The results are as follows:

1. By the age-group the twenties and thirties were about 50% of the total patients.

2. According to the analysis by the district, the distance from residence was most influencial to select the hospital.

3. The frequency of the patient by the service departments, many patients wanted oral surgery treatment, and operative & periodontic treatments followed. And there were some necessities of dental health education for the early care and the protective treatment.

4. Of the season, there were more patients in Summer and Winter, especially in July and August than Spring and Autumn. It might be related with the vacations.

5. The ratio of professor's and general patients, decreasing compared with the data of three selected years, and the fact might be studied to improve for the better quality of service, even the application of the medical and dental insurance is getting wider.
