청소년기의 정상교합자에 대한 두부방사선 계측학적 연구

부정교합의 증례분석 및 진단에 이용하기 위해 한국인의 기준치를 만들고자 청소년기의 정상교합을 가진 남자 162명 , 여자 203명을 택하여 Hellman씨 치령 ⅢB, ⅣA, ⅣC에 따라 3군으로 나눠 연세대학교 치과대학 부속병원 교정과에서 사용중인 분석법에 의하여 각도계측, 거리 계측 및 비율계산등 47개 항목에 대해 통계학적으로 연구하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.

1. 남녀벼 및 연령군별 기준치를 각각 산정하였다.

2. 모든 거리계측항목에서 남자가 여자보다 큰 수치를 보여주었다.

3. Bjork's sum은 치령증가에 따라 감소되어 제Ⅰ군 396˚, 제Ⅱ군 395˚, 제Ⅲ군 393˚였다.

4. Anterior Facial Height에 대한 Posterior Facial Height의 백분률은 제Ⅰ군 63%, 제Ⅱ군 64%, 제Ⅲ군 67%였다.

5. SNA와 SNB는 제Ⅰ군81˚, 78˚, 제Ⅱ군에서 81˚, 78˚였고, 제Ⅲ군은 각각 82˚, 79˚ 였다.

[영문]

This study was performed to establish the cephalometric standards of Hellman dental age ⅢB, ⅣA, ⅣC groups of the age of puberty and to aid for the case analysis and diagnosis of malocclusion.

A roentgenocephalometric study was made from 365 subjects, that consist fo 162males, 203 females with normal occlusion, acceptable profile and no history of orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment.

The results of this study were obtained as follows:

1. The tables of standards from the measurements by age, sex groups were made.

2. All linear measurements fo skeletal pattern in male were greater than in females.

3. The Bjork's sum was reduceed gradually by aging in groupⅠ396˚, group Ⅱ395˚, and groupⅢ393˚.

4. Posterior facial height to anterior facial height was 63% in groupⅠ, 64% in group Ⅱ, 67% in groupⅢ.

5. The angulation of SNA and SNB were 81˚& 78˚in groupⅠ, 81˚& 78˚in group Ⅱ, and 82˚& 79˚ in groupⅢ.
