치수복조제가 백서치수조직에 미치는 영향에 대한 병리조직학적 연구

필요성이 높아진 치수보호를 위해 가장 많이 쓰이는 수산화칼슘제제인 Dycal**(R)과 산

화아연유지놀제제인 Cavitec**(R)의 치수에 대한 병리조직학적 반응을 동물실험에 통하여


실험동물로서는 130gm내외의 백서(Spraque-Dawley계) 70마리의 상악 좌우대구치 180개

를 여섯군으로 나누어 실험에 사용하였다. 먼저 Secobarbital을 복강내에 주입하여 상악

우측 제 1, 2대구치에는 Dycal**(R)로, 좌측에는 Cavitec**(R)으로 충전하여 1, 3, 5, 7,

14, 그리고 21일군으로 암수구별없이 5마리씩 실험군별로 도살시켜서 상악골을 l0% form

alin 용액에 고정시켜서 탈희한 후 Paraffin에 포매시킨 다음 근원심으로 치수를 포함한

부동을 6∼8μ의 연속절편을 제작 H-E염색해서 광학현미경으로 조사하여 다음과 같은 결

론을 얻었다.

1) 치수치유형태는 치수조직위에 사용된 치수복조제에 따라 다르게 나타났다.

2) 노출된 치수의 예성상아질층(dentin-bridge) 형성은 처치 후 14일 전후로 관찰되었


3) Dycal**(R)제제가 Cavitec**(R)제제보다 조직학적 치유속도가 빨랐다.

4) Dycal**(R)을 사용한 치수의 제 3, 5 및 7일군에서는 특이한 공포(Vacuoles)가 발견



The purpose of this investigation was to study histopathological chronology and

differences of the proprietary pulpcapping agents.

One hundred eighty molars from thrity rats (Srague-Dawley species), weighing

about 130gm, were divined into six groups. Cavities were prepared in their

maxillary molars under intraperitoneal anesthesia with Secobarbital.

The cavities in the right first and second molars were filled with Dycal**(R) and

the left ones were with Cavitec**(R). Each group of rats were sacrificed at the

intervals of 1, 3, 5, 7, 14 and 21days following operation.

The rats were decapituated, and the jaws were fixed in 10% neutral buffered

formalin. Then the specimens were decalcified, embedded in paraffin or colloid, and

sectioned at 6-8μ in thickness through the cavities included and pulp

mesiodistally. They were stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin and examined by


The results were as follow:

1. The pattern of pulp healing was dependent upon the presence and character of

the pulpcapping agents above.

2. Dentin bridge formation as a sign of pulp healing occurred in the 14 days

after operation.

3. Dycal**(R) preparation appeared to favor pulp healing rather than Cavitec**(R)


4. In the odontoblastic layer and pulp tissue specific vaculoes were showed at

the 3, 5 and 7days of the Dycal filling.
