dc.description.abstractn terms of the quality of the Medical Record (MR), Severance Hospital has maintained a very high level. So digitalization of medical records itself is a big obstacle and a threatening situation. The purpose of this study was to develop an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system based on MR items for accuracy and ease of utilization in recording. The concept of an MR Item and Form generator can be a helpful solution to a successful adaptation of the EMR and sharing of medical information.-
