고령층의 말, 언어 능력 평가도구의 하위 검사에 대한 내용타당도

Abstract

Speech-language ability of the elderly deteriorates with age. Thus, multidimensional assessment of the ability, responding to the growing population, is necessary. The fundamental assumption of valid assessment is to satisfy content validity, which refers that the content of the tool matches the assessment objectives. In this study, Content Validity Index(CVI) was calculated based on 5-point Likert scaling analysis, judged by 20 certified speech-language pathologists. It was found that CVIs of all language subtests except for 'word definition' task were above .75. All of speech subtests were above .75. Thus, it was determined that the subtests were adequate to evaluate speech-language ability of the elderly.
