dc.description.abstractDisordered plasmonic nanoislands substrate were utilized to generate randomly localized near-field speckles. Our experimental studies confirmed that use of nanoscale speckles, surpassing the diffraction limit, may yield over a threefold improvement in wide-field super-resolution imaging. © 2024 The Author(s)-
