Background: – Clavicular enhancement with hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers has recently emerged as a novel aesthetic procedure designed to improve skeletal definition through a minimally invasive approach. Advances in filler rheology and refined injection techniques, particularly subperiosteal placement, have contributed to improved safety, reversibility, and long-term stability. Objective: – To review current evidence and clinical experience regarding non-surgical clavicular enhancement using HA fillers (e.p.t.q.® S 500 (JETEMA Co., Ltd. Korea)), with emphasis on anatomical considerations, technical strategies, and patient-reported outcomes. Methods: – Clinical observations and recent literature were evaluated to assess subperiosteal HA filler(e.p.t.q.® Lidocaine S 500, JETEMA Co., Ltd. Korea). placement for clavicular contouring. Imaging validation and published reports were examined to support the procedure’s durability, biocompatibility, and safety across both facial and extrafacial applications. Results: – Clavicular contouring with HA fillers achieved consistent skeletal definition, high levels of patient satisfaction, and rapid recovery with minimal downtime. Adverse events were infrequent, typically mild and transient, such as localized edema or tenderness, with no reports of severe complications. Conclusions: – Hyaluronic acid filler treatment of the clavicle represents a safe, customizable, and reversible alternative to surgery. When guided by detailed anatomical understanding and meticulous technique, this intervention provides natural, predictable results and broadens the scope of injectable body contouring.
