한국어판 간호사 세대 인식 측정도구 (K-MNGQ)의 타당도와 신뢰도 : 회복마취간호사를 대상으로

Abstract

본 연구는 다차원 간호사 세대 인식 측정도구 Multidimensional Nursing Generations Questionnaire; MNGQ (Stevanin et al., 2019)를 한국어로 번안하고, 번안된 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하여 한국어판 간호사 세대 인식 측정도구(K-MNGQ)를 개발하기 위한 방법론적 연구이다. 세계보건기구의 도구 번역 가이드라인(WHO, 2018)에 따라 번역과 역번역 및 국문학 전문가 자문을 통해 한국어로 번역하였다. 전문가 10인(간호학 교수 2인, 회복마취간호사 8인)의 내용타당도 검증 결과 문항 I-CVI 0.8이상, 전체 문항의 Average I-CVI 0.98로 양호함을 확인하였으며, 전문가들의 의견을 반영하여 5문항의 내용 수정을 통해 예비설문 문항을 완성하였다. 연구자가 소속되지 않은 부서의 편의표집한 회복마취간호사 5인에게 예비설문조사 시행 후 최종 K-MNGQ의 48문항을 확정하였다. 본 연구는 국내 300병상 이상의 종합병원 및 상급종합병원의 회복마취간호사를 대상으로 하며, 서울시 소재 상급종합병원 2곳과 경기도 소재 종합병원 1곳에서 대상자 편의표집과 눈덩이표집 방법을 활용하여 설문조사를 시행하였다. 최종 회복마취간호사 374명을 대상으로 한국어로 번안한 K-MNGQ의 타당도와 신뢰도는 SPSS WIN 28.0과 AMOS 29.0를 사용하여 검증하였다. 한국어로 번안된 K-MNGQ는 48개의 항목 6개 요인으로 구성되어 있으며 확인적 요인분석을 통한 구성타당도 확인 결과 수정된 모형의 적합도는 RMSEA(근사치 오차평균 제곱근)= .064, RMR(평균제곱잔차의 제곱근)= .067, GFI(기초적합지수)= .77, TLI(타커-루이즈 적합지수)= .75 CFI(비교 적합지수)= .76으로 수용가능한 수준임을 확인하였다. 한국어판 K-MNGQ의 신뢰도 Cronbach's α 값은 .796로 내적일관성을 확보하였으며, 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 급내 상관계수(ICC) .58로 도구 안정성이 적합함을 확인하였다. K-MNGQ의 동시타당도 검증을 위해 ‘내집단편애, 동료 간 교환관계, 세대 갈등’ 도구와의 상관관계 확인 결과 상관계수 r= .444 (p< .001)로 유의한 정적 상관관계임을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 연구의 한국어판 K-MNGQ 도구는 국내 간호사들의 간호사 세대 간 인식 차이 정도를 측정하고 평가하는 데 적합한 타당도와 신뢰도를 가지므로 국내 간호조직의 세대 연구에 활용하기 유용한 도구라고 할 수 있다. 학술, 실무 및 연구에서의 적용을 통해 간호사 세대 인식의 이해를 돕고 타당도와 신뢰도의 평가가 계속되기를 기대한다.

This methodological study aimed to adapt the Multidimensional Nursing Generations Questionnaire (MNGQ) developed by Stevanin et al.(2019), into Korean and evaluate its validity and reliability to develop the Korean version (K-MNGQ). The adaptation process followed the World Health Organization’s guidelines(WHO, 2018), including forward and backward translation, and consultation with linguistic experts. Content validity was assessed by 10 experts (2 nursing professors and 8 PACU nurses), resulting in item-level content validity indices (I-CVI) above 0.8, with an average I-CVI of 0.98, confirming strong content validity. Based on expert feedback, five items were revised, and a preliminary survey was conducted with five PACU nurses. The final version of the K-MNGQ, consisting of 48 items, was then confirmed. The study was conducted with PACU nurses from two tertiary hospitals in Seoul and one general hospital with 300 or more beds in Gyeonggi Province. Data were collected using convenience sampling and snowball sampling, and the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the K-MNGQ were analyzed using SPSS WIN v28.0 and AMOS v29.0. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of the final K-MNGQ (48 items, 6 factors) showed acceptable model fit indices: RMSEA = .064, RMR = .067, GFI = .77, TLI = .75, and CFI = .76. Internal consistency was confirmed with a Cronbach's α of .796, and Test-retest reliability showed an intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) of .58. Concurrent validity was confirmed through a positive correlation with measures of ‘In-group Favoritism, Team-member Exchange and Generational Conflicts’ with a significant correlation (r = .444, p < 0.001). In conclusion, the Korean version of the K-MNGQ is a valid and reliable tool for assessing generational differences in nursing perceptions in Korea. It is particularly useful for studying generational issues in nursing organizations. Through application in academics, practice, and research, it is hoped that the understanding of nurses' generational perceptions will be enhanced, and that further validation and reliability testing will continue.
