dc.description.abstractTemperature-annealed metallic nanoislands were used to create randomly localized plasmonic nanospeckles. Experimental studies using nanospeckle illumination microscopy (NanoSIM) confirmed that NanoSIM reconstructs images with improved peak-to-peak localization performance compared to diffraction-limited systems. © IEEE 2022.-
