We prenatally diagnosed hypoplastic left heart syndrome, generally regarded as a lethal congenital heart defect. A 30-year-old multiparous woman was referred for fetal echocardiography at 26 gestational weeks because of an bad obstetric history. She had lost first baby due to ventricular septal defect at 2 monthes age. A fetal echocardiography showed hypoplastic left ventricle with small mitral valve and enlarged pulmonary artery. And so, nosis of hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
