Abstract

Verification of a new molecular test is needed to provide objective evidence that it meets specific requirements when performed by a laboratory technician. A multiple nucleic acid assay requires a more complex process because it simultaneously detects two or ore targets. We provide useful recommendations for the verification of the multiple nucleic acid assay to detect pathogens.
