This study employs a digital exercise mobile application for sarcopenia, a disease experienced by middle-aged women. Our team first developed and tested an exercise motivation factor that encourages the user’s participation through regular exercise. Developing this first, proved to be a benefit in the early stages of our software development. The motivation factor was developed through an online survey using a Paired Research for every question. The results indicate that exercise education, multiple levels of feedback, and expert advice are the user’s priorities. Based on this data, the Re-Bone mobile application was developed.
