피부 박피술후 천층 부분 식피술을 이용한 백반증 환자의 치료 결과 보고

Abstract

Vitiligo is a common acquired progressive depigmented disease. The treatment modalities are cosmatic masking agents, psoralen photochemotherapy(psoralens + UVA), Trimethaxypsoralen, topical steroid injection and melanocyte grafting. Various procedures have been adopted for this disease not responding to medical therapy. The epidermal grafts have been used for the treatment of vitiligo, but the result was not acceptable due to the shall amount of obtainable epidermis per one procedure. Recently, it is reported that epithelial sheet grafting after dermabrasion of vitiligo lesion is available treatment method for vitiligo. We applied thin split thickness skin graft after dermabrasion to the five cases of non progressive vitiligo, not responding to medical therapy. We had good postoperative results. The lesion sites were repigmented. The complications of this operation were slight uneveness and hyperpigmentation, which subsided as time gcse by. This method can be a good choice for patient with stable type of vitiligo
