dc.description.abstractDigital cardiovascular angiography is a medical examination in use of digital angiography equipmentoccupying biggest portion of radiation dose among the examination performed at Heart & Brain AttackCenter. However, the information related to the radiation dose is neither monitored nor recorded systemically.As a result, Korea Food and Drug Administration is undertaking a study regarding the radiationdose from the interventional radiological procedure in 2012. This research will report the constructionof radiation dose monitoring system using Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM)data and relevant experiences at Heart & Brain Attack Center of University hospitals in Korea.-
