dc.description.abstract | This cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out to develop and evaluate the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the Scoliosis Research Society-22 Revised (SRS-22r) questionnaire among adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis. Of the initial 122 adolescents surveyed, 87 adolescents returned the second questionnaire, which assessed test-retest reliability between SRS-22r and the pediatric quality of life inventory questionnaire (PedsQL 4.0). The results were found to be reliable and valid, with acceptable internal consistency, intraclass correlation, and moderate correlation with a similar questionnaire. The SRS-22r can be used to assess health-related quality of life internationally among adolescents with scoliosis. | - |
