한 종합병원 藥品재고 관리를 위한 需要豫測

Abstract

한 종합병원의 약품재고관리 모형개발을 위해서 기본적으로 필요한 需要豫測을 爲해, ABC 在庫分類法에 의한 분류를 시도하였다. A품목으로 분류된 약품중 5年以上의 수요조사가 가능한 품목을 약품의 불출 및 소비과정에 따라 수요량을 把握한 후 X-11 Arima 및 Winter's 需要豫測 package를 사용하여 약품 수요량을 예측하였다.

그 결과는 다음과 같다.

1. ABC 재고분류법에 의한 A품목은 金額으로 전체의 30.3%, 그리고 품목수는 9품목이었으며 이중 6품목은 항생제 였다.

2. X-11 Arima法과 WInter's法으로 예측한 결과 병상수를 교정하지 않았을때는 예측한 수요량과 실제 소모량과의 差異가 各各 평균 30.4%와 84.6%였다.

3. 두가지의 수요예측을 病床數를 교정한 후 한 결과는 X-11 Arima法과 Winter's法에서 예측한 수요량과 실제 소모량과의 차이가 各各 평균 23.1%, 46.6%로 줄어 들었으며 기간이 가까울수록 그 정확도는 높았다.

The main objective of this case study is to develop demand forecasting model for durg inventory control in a university hospital.

This study is based on the pertinent records during the period of January 1975 to August 1981 in the pharmacy and stock department of the hospital.

Through the analysis of the above records the author made some major findings as follows :

1. In A.B.C. classification, the biggest demand (A class) consists of 9 items which include 6 items of antibiotics.

2. Demand forecasting level of an index or discrepancy in A class drug compared with real demand for 6 months is average 30.4% by X-11 Arima method and 84.6% by Winter s method respectively.

3. After the coreecting by the number of bed, demand forecasting of drug compared with real demand for 6 months is average 23.1% by X-11 Arima method and 46.6% by Winter s method respectively.
